HELLO, PLEASE ANSWER THIS, MY FIDIGI IS NOT CONVERTING TO WORDS, IT TRIES ONCE IN A WHILE, MAYBE A FEW WORDS WHEN FIRST OPENED, LETTERS ONLY LIKE AAAA BBBB CCC SOME TIMES, ALWAYS WORKED GOOD BEFORE, THREE WEEKS AGO IT WAS FINE .
