I received a few complaints about some stations constantly sending a stream of pictures into a QSO they are not involved with. It is ok to send a picture or two as a BREAK request or to join a net.

However, it is not polite to flood the frequency with a stream of pictures, especially if you are not even involved in the QSO. This is deliberate QRM.
