UNABLE TO GE THE SPEAK MODE TO FUNCTION, USE CNTRL AND PAGE
UP OR DOWN BUT NOT ABLE TO GE THE REQUIRED RESULT.BEING
VISUALLY IMPAIRED WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP ON THIS MATTER

Hi Jack,
The speak mode requires that Windows SAPI 5 must be installed on the computer. If you don't have it, perhaps it is available on Microsoft site. It might be an install option on your Windows installation disk.
You will know if its working because you should hear the voice whenever you click Control Page Up.
