Dear Sir
My PC administrator was installed the CQ100
But, I can't see my callsign on the login box and
"Invalid Login" Error message appear when I was login.
please give me your advice.

This sounds like a problem with your registry. Maybe your registry cleaner made a mess.
CQ100 must be installed by running the installation program. It will not work if you simply copy files from one computer to another.
